Terms & Conditions

1. The prices listed are as current as possible but are only a guide as prices fluctuate constantly; we will confirm your exact price 2 weeks prior to your arrival in Echuca Moama.

2. Full payment is required 7 day’s prior to your arrival so as orders can be placed with our various suppliers.

3. As you can appreciate there are too many items to list so we have provided a special request page. In order to assist us in providing your special request’s as much detail as possible is appreciated i.e. Brand, size etc.

4. When ordering Alcohol or tobacco products we must have a photo copy of you licence for proof of age and this can be faxed to us.

5. Please insure to fill out the details page as accurately as possible so we can have your requirements were there supposed to be at the right time.

6. Payment options are by credit card or direct deposit.

7. No refund is Available once payment is received as all of the orders will already have gone out to suppliers.

8. This page must be signed and returned with your order as confirmation that you have understood these terms and conditions.

9. A service fee of twenty two percent inc. GST will be added to your total order.
